Re Contract

Dillistone Group PLC 06 August 2007 Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM listed supplier of recruitment software, today announces the winning of a contract worth approximately £100,000 with Norman Broadbent, one of the United Kingdom's best known Executive Search firms. The contract will see the implementation of Dillistone's FILEFINDER software system in Norman Broadbent's offices in the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Dubai. The contract provides for the supply of Dillistone's FILEFINDER 8 software together with an array of services, and implementation is likely to be completed in the second half of 2007, with ongoing support. Norman Broadbent is the flagship brand of the BNB group of companies and celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. It is also the United Kingdom affiliate of TRANSEARCH International, a top 20 global executive search firm with offices in 34 countries. Dillistone Systems has a 'preferred provider' agreement with TRANSEARCH and, already in 2007, Dillistone has won contracts with TRANSEARCH affiliates in Russia, China / Hong Kong / Bangkok and Italy. In total, TRANSEARCH now use FILEFINDER in 17 countries.
