Dillistone Group Plc ('Dillistone' or the 'Company'), the AIM listed supplier of
software to the executive recruitment industry, announces that it has won a
contract to supply its Filefinder software product to FESA Global Recruiters ('
FESA'), an executive recruitment company in Brazil. The initial order will be
completed in the second half of 2006, and is valued at approximately US$60,000.



FESA have offices in Sao Paulo, Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro, and the
implementation of Filefinder in those offices will further position Dillistone
as one of the leading suppliers of executive recruitment software in the rapidly
growing South American market.  FESA which was established in 1995, is a member
if both IIC partners and the Association of Executive Search Consultants.



Installation and implementation will be managed from Dillistone's New Jersey
office.
