("Dillistone" or the "Group")
Trading Update
The Board of Dillistone, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry through its Dillistone Systems and Voyager Software divisions, is pleased to announce that for the year ended 31 December 2013 it expects its performance to be in line with market expectations.
The Group has achieved a number of successes during 2013. The FCP Internet business, acquired in July, has been successfully integrated within the Voyager Software division and is expected to make a positive contribution to the Group's results. Voyager Software has successfully implemented its largest ever project, and Dillistone Systems - which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2013 - is expected to deliver its highest ever revenue. The Group continues to invest in product development and support services, and has strengthened its depth of management during the year.
Dillistone expects to release its preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2013 in the week beginning 28 April 2014.
Commenting, Mike Love, Chairman of Dillistone, said:
"2013 has been another successful year for the Group from an operational and financial perspective. The positive trends seen in the first half of 2013 were cemented by some notable successes in the second half though trading was somewhat variable across territories. We remained cash generative and, with FCP making a positive impact, are well positioned for 2014."
