Through the collaboration, the Division will work closely with the Partner to further optimise a new product which will be launched this year.  The Division will retain all intellectual property relating to the new solution.  As part of the contract, the Partner will pay a significant five figure fee to the Division, and will receive discounted rates on post launch licensing.
