The Annual Report & Accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 September 2018 has today been mailed to shareholders, together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting, explanatory Circular and Proxy Form.

The Company released its Preliminary Announcement of Final Results for the year ended 30 September 2018 ("Announcement") on 19 November 2018. This Announcement contained all the information required under Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
