The Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of long-term incentive Awards of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Diploma PLC to the Executive Directors on 26 November 2024 under the Diploma PLC 2020 Performance Share Plan (as amended) ("PSP"):

The Awards are subject to the achievement of performance conditions measured over a three-year performance period ending 30 September 2027 and the number of Ordinary Shares shown above represent the maximum number of shares which may vest in connection with these Awards.

A further announcement will be made when the Annual Report & Accounts is dispatched to Shareholders.
