NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY ('PDMR') OR CONNECTED PERSON
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses,
has been informed that Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, as trustee of
the Diploma Employee Benefit Trust, has today purchased 54,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of £8.97.
Each of the Executive Directors of the Company, BM Thompson, I Henderson and
NP Lingwood, is deemed to be beneficially interested in all the shares held
in the Trust from time to time by virtue of being a potential beneficiary
under the Trust.
