DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' LTIP AWARDS
Following shareholder approval of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
('LTIP') 2004 at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, the
Remuneration Committee has recommended the Board to approve the following Awards
to Executive Directors:
BM Thompson 53,347 Ordinary Shares
I Henderson 31,381 Ordinary Shares
NP Lingwood 32,427 Ordinary Shares
The Awards made today are subject to performance conditions measured over a
three year Performance Period ending on 30 September 2006. A summary of the LTIP
was sent to shareholders in a Circular on 1 December 2003.
