SECTION 198 - 210 COMPANIES ACT 1985 (AS AMENDED)

As required under the terms of the above Act, I am writing to advise you of the
following transactions affecting notifiable interests held by the above Company;


     05.02.01   Bought         10,000 Ordinary 5p shares

     22.03.01   Bought        543,312 Ordinary 5p shares

These transactions take the Trust's holding to 2,593,393 Ordinary 5p shares,
which according to our records, now represents a holding of 10.306% of this
class of capital.
