Nigel Lingwood ACA (age 42) has today been appointed to the Board of Diploma PLC
as finance Director. He has also been appointed Company Secretary to the Board.
He joins Diploma from Uniq (formerly Unigate) PLC where he was Group Financial
Controller. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse where
he was a Senior Manager in the Audit and Business Services Practice.

Andrew Parkinson has today retired following 30 years as Finance Director and
Company Secretary of Diploma PLC.
