DIRECT LINE INSURANCE GROUP PLC ("DLG")

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them

DLG has been notified that Jonathan Greenwood, Managing Director - Commercial, and his wife Teresa Greenwood have acquired 14,949 and 16,758 ordinary shares of 10 ¹⁰/₁₁ pence each in the Company ("Shares"), respectively. The acquired Shares will be held in their Individual Savings Accounts. Additionally, Jonathan Greenwood and Teresa Greenwood sold 2,136 and 29,688 Shares respectively.
