Director Shareholding
Delling Group ('Delling Group' or 'the Company') was advised on 18 April 2005
that James Hay SIPP, on account of Robert Lowe, a director of the Company,
yesterday acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 23p per share.
Accordingly, Robert Lowe now has a beneficial interest in 150,000 ordinary
shares representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
