Delling Group PLC 23 August 2005 Delling Group plc Board Appointments Delling Group plc ('Delling' or 'the Company'), the marketing support services group, is pleased to announce the following Board appointments, with immediate effect. The Directors of Delling believe that these appointments will add increased depth and scope to the management team as the Company experiences considerable growth in its domestic markets in Scandanavia and plans further expansion into the UK market. Aksel Bratvedt, previously Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Executive Chairman. Mr Bratvedt has been with Delling since 1998, during which time he has helped the Company through its successful floatation in July 2004, and has been a driving force behind the Company's growth in Scandinavia. Mr Bratvedt has six years of media experience and a background in investment banking and management consulting. He will continue his work to support the strong growth of the Group both in Scandinavia and the UK. David Krucik has stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman and will remain on the board as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Krucik is European Head of private equity at OC&C Consultants, London. His strong contacts among potential customers in the UK and abroad as well as his strategic experience will be important for the further expansion of the Company. Geir Lolleng has been appointed Chief Executive Officer from Chief Operating Officer, taking over from Mr Bratvedt. Mr Lolleng has been at Delling since 1998, and will continue to assist with the Company's drive into the UK market, whilst also overseeing Delling's further expansion. Mr Lolleng has six years of media experience. He was previously managing partner in a law firm in Oslo, Norway and prior to that, Chairman of various IT/media companies. Messrs Bratvedt and Lolleng remain among the largest shareholders on the Board (Aksel Bratvedt 5.52% of the issued share capital; Geir Lolleng 24.29% of the issued share capital). In addition, Mike Hudgell, previously a Director responsible for marketing the Company's expansion into England, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Geir Lolleng. He was appointed a director of Delling on 10 May 2005. Mr Hudgell has an extensive background in sales and marketing with NASDAQ and UK quoted companies. He joined Delling in May 2005 from Impatica Inc, an internet solutions company where, since December 2001, he has worked as Managing Director and has built a UK team for direct sales. Mr Hudgell will continue to focus solely on marketing Delling in the UK. Chris Stone has been reappointed a Non-Executive Director. He is currently CEO of Northgate Solutions plc, a FTSE 250 company, which is the UK's leading supplier of specialist software and IT services for the Human Resource and Public Service markets. Mr Stone was voted Technology CEO of the year 2004, at the European Technology Forum at the Hilton London Metropole. Robert Lowe continues as the third non-Executive Director. He is Chairman of Corpora plc, an AIM-listed company and previously was an executive in the IT companies, Superscape Plc, Intersolve Inc and Micro Focus Group Plc. Bo Mikael von Schedvin (43) has been appointed a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. He is a partner in the Swedish law firm MAQS and also is on the Board of a number of other companies. He has strong contacts and experience in Eastern Europe, which is valuable due to the Company's activities there in terms of customers and sub - contractors. Mr Schedvin is on the Board of Directors of the following companies: - Advokatfirman von Schedvin AB - Schedvin Trading AB - Implied Marketing AB - Valutabutikskort i Stockholm AB - Advokatfirman Bergling AB - PEMA i Goteborg AB In the five years prior to his appointment at Delling, Mr Schedvin was on the Board of Directors of the following companies: - Fuji Hunt AB - M3 Travel Support AB - Rogus Systemoptimering AB Mr Schedvin was a member of the Board of M3 Travel Support AB during the period June 2004 until December 2004 in order to protect certain rights of the previous owner of the company. After the Board membership was terminated, the company was put in to bankruptcy in March 2005 as a result of a decision made by the new owners. Other than the information that is disclosed above relating to Bo Mikael von Schedvin, there are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to his appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
