The Company has today received notification that Bjart E. Dysthe has made the
following acquisitions of shares:

   •On 20 January 2006, 165,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
    ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 14.5p per Ordinary Share

   •Today, 180,140 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14p per Ordinary Share.

Following these acquisitions, Mr Dysthe is interested in 18,375,492 Ordinary
Shares, representing 27.36 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
