Issue of shares
Further to the announcement made on 20 June 2005, Delling Group, the marketing
support services group, today announces that it has issued 366,682 new ordinary
shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). This issue of Ordinary Shares is in
satisfaction of its obligations under the Full Bredde AS acquisition agreement
to pay NOK 0.9 million (c.£75,000) of the consideration in Ordinary Shares at
the mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares on 1 July 2005 (which was 21.5p per
Ordinary Share).
Application has been made for admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The new Ordinary Shares will rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings in the new
Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 9 November 2005.
