Delling Group Plc ('Delling Group' or 'the Company'), the marketing services
group, notes the recent press speculation, and confirms that it is in talks with 
a number of companies, which may or may not lead to the acquisition of one or 
more of these companies by Delling Group. Furthermore, these acquisitions would 
be relatively small in comparison to the Delling Group. The Company is also in
talks regarding a number of contracts in the ordinary course of business which
may or may not be successfully concluded.
