                                New Contract Win

 'Delling Wins Two Year Contract to Supply all types of marketing materials to
                                   Northface'

Delling Group PLC ('Delling' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed marketing support
services company, is delighted to announce that it has entered into a two year
agreement with Northface AS, a marketing consultancy based in Norway with
customers throughout Scandinavia.

The two year contract commences on 1st June 2006 and is expected to have an
annual income to Delling of approximately £500,000. The contract is expected run
at full monthly volume from September this year.

This contract demonstrates the fact that Delling Group in Scandinavia has
achieved a position in the market where companies, other than the brand owner in
the marketing supply chain, see it as beneficial to enter into co-operation with
Delling Group to benefit from the high quality and competitive prices that
Delling believes its services offer.


Geir Lolleng, CEO of Delling Group commented:

'We have during the last year built up a substantial prospect list of
potentially large contracts all of which have varying expected completion
timescales. It is very promising that we are now concluding a number of these
deals, which coupled with the underlying growth we are experiencing on many of
