The Board of Delling Group PLC ('Delling' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed
marketing support services company, notes the fall in its share price today and
it wishes to confirm that it believes that the Company's performance during the
year ended 31 December 2005 will be broadly in line with current market
expectations.


The Company looks forward to announcing audited final results towards the end of
May 2006.
