Completion of Acquisition of 51 per cent. of Setcar S.A

Further to the announcement dated 30 September 2019, Directa Plus (AIM: DCTA), a producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of a 51 per cent. interest in Setcar S.A. ("Setcar").

Setcar will be renamed Directa Environmental Solutions.

Commenting, Giulio Cesareo, Founder and CEO of Directa Plus, said: "Setcar has been a business partner for a number of years and we are pleased that it is now part of the Directa Plus group.  We are already working with the company to supply environmental services to the oil and gas industry.  We look forward to growing the business using our next generation, graphene based Grafysorber® adsorbant."
