Completion of the disposal of Supply Chain Division's

UK Parts Business

Acal plc (LSE: ACL, "Acal"), a European leader in advanced technology solutions, is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval of the disposal of its UK Parts Business (a business within its Supply Chain Division) to JCCO 313 Limited (a company established by the management team of the UK Parts Business), all conditions have been satisfied and the transaction has now completed.
