Following the successful initial integration of the Sedgemoor subsidiaries
into Acal, Mr Derek Crook has decided to retire from the Group. Consequently
he has resigned from the Board of Acal plc with effect from Friday, 4th
February 2000.
Mr Crook, who was previously Chief Executive of Sedgemoor plc, joined the Board
in June 1999 when Acal acquired Sedgemoor.
