discoverIE Group plc (LSE: DSCV, "discoverIE", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 12 September 2024, Clive Watson, Non-Executive Director, acquired a total of 4,126 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £5.85.

 

Following this purchase, Clive Watson is interested in 27,325 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's voting share capital.
