         Sale of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business for an initial
                         consideration of £8 million.

Further to the announcement issued on 25 May 2006, Acal plc confirms that the 
sale of its Air Conditioning and Refrigeration business to Parker-Hannifin 
International Corp has been completed on the terms outlined in the earlier 
announcement.
