Exercise of Options
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 36,249 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon allotment, pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Company's 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Participants in the Company's 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan have or will become entitled to these shares following the exercise of share options. These shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following Admission, the total number of Shares in issue and voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares, will be 31,332,127 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
