Acal announces that on 23 February 2007 it received a notification from 
Mr. J.A.H. Curry, a former director of the Company, that between 21st and 23rd 
February 2007 he sold a total of 90,000 ordinary shares in the company.

Mr. Curry now has a total notifiable interest of 3,225,000 ordinary shares in
the Company.
