NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Acal plc (LSE:ACL, the "Company") announces that, following a competitive tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as the Group's auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2018. The reappointment of PwC will be subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting in July 2018. Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") has resigned as Group auditor with effect from 13 September 2017.
A description of the tender process will be included in the report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018. The Board of Acal plc extends its appreciation to EY for their contribution over the past 13 years.
