In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provision 6, Acal wishes to 
advise that its issued share capital consists of 26,418,354 ordinary shares. 
The total number of voting rights in Acal accordingly amounts to 26,418,354.

 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in or a change to their interest in Acal under the FSA's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules
