Brand Portfolio changes

Blavod announces with  pleasure that the Company has been appointed
as the sole UK
distributor for Bruichladdich Islay Malt whisky.  Bruichladdich is an
exciting brand
with a very distinctive style and packaging which already enjoys wide
distribution in quality retail stores.
The Board believes that there is considerable potential for its
development.

As announced on 23 February, the Company took over the distribution
of a number of brands from
EPM Brands on a short term basis, pending agreement of agency
arrangements with the Brand Owners.
Among these, Four Roses bourbon has now chosen an alternative
distributor. However, the
Company anticipates finalising formal agreements with Hpnotiq and
Cariel Vanilla vodka in the near future.

These changes further strengthen the portfolio of Blavod.
