Director/PDMR Shareholding

The  Company was notified  on 01 February 2010 that  on that day Richard Ambler,
Managing  Director, purchased 128,205 ordinary shares  of 1p each in the capital
of  the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 3.9 pence per share. Mr Ambler
is now interested in 1,529,027 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.7 per cent of the
issued share capital.
