Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that the wife of Richard Ambler, Managing
Director, purchased 43,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 3.00p pence per share.

Mr Ambler is now interested in 1,740,113 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.96% per
cent of the issued share capital.
