Blavod Black Vodka plc (''the Company'') announces that it received
notification yesterday that Allan G Shiach, Director, purchased yesterday
10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 53p per share and 10,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 55p per share.
