The Company was informed on 19 August 2004 by Aviva plc ('Aviva') that,
following the transfer of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') from a fund that is defined as being of material interest to a fund
where they do not hold a beneficial interest, Morley Fund Management Limited, a
subsidiary of Aviva, no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share
capital of the Company.
