The Company was informed on 6 August 2004 that following the sale of 111,961
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 34.5p per share
on 5 August 2004 Extreme Beverage Company, LLC ('Extreme') are interested in
9,739,039 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.88 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. The sale was in order to part satisfy amounts
contractually owed by Extreme to third parties, as described in the Company's
prospectus dated 23 December 2003.
