The Company was informed on 5 December 2005 by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
('GS Inc') that, as at the close of business on 1 December 2005, Goldman Sachs
International, a subsidiary of GS Inc, was interested in 6,094,475 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 9.25 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
