NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company was informed on 30 August 2006 by the AIM Realisation Fund Limited
that they are interested in 12,585,634 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 17.6% of the issued share capital. The shares have been
registered in the name of Forest Nominees Limited.

The Company was also informed on 19 August 2006 by Artemis Investment Management
Limited ('Artemis') that Artemis Special Situations no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company.
