('GS Inc') that, as at 1 September 2005, Goldman Sachs International, a
subsidiary of GS Inc, was interested in 3,969,475 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company, representing 6.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company. The above Ordinary Shares are registered at CREST in account CREPTEMP.
