('GS Inc') that Goldman Sachs International, a subsidiary of GS Inc, was as at 3
February 2005 interested in 2,087,148 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 3.19 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company. The above Ordinary Shares are registered at CREST
in account CREPTEMP.
