            Distribution Agreement/Appointment of New US Importer


Blavod Black Vodka plc, ('Blavod'), announces that it has appointed Branca
Products Corporation USA ('Branca'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fratelli
Branca Destillerie S.r.l, as its US Importer for Blavod, a premium black vodka
brand.  Blavod is the world's only black vodka.

The US is the largest consumer of vodka by case per annum in the world
(excluding Eastern Europe), consuming 37 million cases a year.*  Blavod is now
sold to over 30 countries, with the core markets being the UK, USA and the
Duty Free Markets.

Branca based in New York, is privately owned by the Branca family of Milan,
producers of the brand Fernet-Branca, ranked 33rd in volume sales of
world-wide spirit brands, just behind Malibu.  Fratelli-Branca is a leading
distributor of a range of brands into the USA and is experiencing rapid
growth, particularly in California, where Blavod has already established a
consumer following.
