Director's share purchases

Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the US-based owner and producer of gas and oil wells and operator of midstream assets in the Appalachian Basin, announces that it has been notified that David Johnson, a director of the Company, yesterday acquired 20,000 DGO ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Shares").  The Shares were acquired through the market at a price of 128.9p per share.

Following purchase of the Shares, Mr Johnson is now interested in 230,000 DGO ordinary shares representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
