Director/PDMR Shareholding

Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells as well as midstream assets, announces that it has been notified that Brad Gray, Chief Operating Officer & Finance Director, has today acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 98.0p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Gray is now interested in 2,252,981 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
