Issue of Restricted Stock Units and PDMR Dealing

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells as well as midstream assets, announces the issue of 400,000 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") to Eric Williams, Chief Financial Officer, under the Company's equity incentive plan (the "Plan"), details of which were announced on 2 November 2017.  Under the terms of the Plan, the RSU's granted to Eric Williams are expected to vest in five equal annual tranches commencing on 1 July 2020.
