Director/PDMR Shareholding

Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that it has been notified that David Turner, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 70,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Shares") on 14 June 2019.  The Shares were acquired through the market at an average price of 109.3p per share.

Following purchase of the Shares, Mr Turner is now interested in 70,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
