Director/PDMR Shareholding

Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that Rusty Hutson Jr, Chief Executive Officer has today acquired 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at a price of 67.8828 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Rusty Hutson Jr. is now interested in 20,860,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
