Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) (the "Company") announces that on 22 May 2023, Bradley Gray, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") transacted in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr. Gray divested through the market 250,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.9565 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Gray now has an interest in 2,918,935 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.300% of the Company's issued share capital.
