Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), announces that on 20 March 2019 it was notified by HSBC Holdings PLC ("HSBC") that the TR1 notification forms previously announced by the Company on 18 March 2019 (RNS Number: 1567T) and 20 March 2019 (RNS Number: 3700T) were supplied to the Company in error by HSBC.

HSBC's shareholding in the Company remains, as at 20 March 2019, as notified in the TR1 form announced to the market on 4 March 2019 (RNS Number: 7237R). The full text of that TR1 form is set out below:
