Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (AIM: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil producing assets, has been notified that HSBC Holdings PLC holds an interest in 12.116% in the Company's total voting rights.  However, as set out in the relevant TR1 disclosure below, HSBC Holding PLC's holding includes an indirect interest in voting rights of approximately 9.3% and an interest of approximately 2.8% through financial instruments.  It is a change in the split between these holdings that has given rise to this disclosure.
