Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC ("DGO"), the US based gas and oil producer, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with a Notice of AGM, are being posted to shareholders today. The AGM is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 28 July 2017 at the offices of Buchanan Communications Limited, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.

Copies of the report & accounts and the Notice of AGM have also been uploaded to the Company's website at www.diversifiedgasandoil.com in accordance with AIM Rule 26.

Details of the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2016 were announced on 15 June 2017. A final dividend of 1.99 cents per ordinary share to be paid to Shareholders on the register on 7 July 2017 will be paid on 31 July 2017, subject to approval by Shareholders at the AGM.
