Q4 2020 Dividend Exchange Rate   

Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announced on 8 March 2021 a final 2020 dividend of 4.00 cents per share ("Q4 2020 Dividend"). The Company will pay the Q4 2020 Dividend on 24 June 2021 to those shareholders on the register on 28 May 2021. 

The Company announces that Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividends in GBP sterling will receive an equivalent payment of 2.81 pence per share, based on the 7 June 2021 exchange rate of GBP 0.70353=US $1.00.
