Oslo, 12 March 2015 - DNO ASA (OSE ticker code "DNO", the "Company"), the Norwegian oil and gas operator, announced today that it has issued 60,534,906 new shares at an offer price of NOK 13.25 per share as part of the successful completion of the book-building for the private placement of treasury shares and new shares on 10 March 2015.
The new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.25, have been legally and validly issued and have been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the issuance of the new shares, the share capital of the Company is NOK 270,953,540.25, consisting of 1,083,814,161 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.25 each.
