DNO International ASA- 2007 Financial Accounts

In a board meeting on March 27, 2008, the board of DNO International
ASA approved DNO's consolidated financial statements for 2007.

DNO's net profit for 2007 is NOK 1.006,3 million, which is identical
to the preliminary results released in the stock exchange notice
dated February 15, 2008.
